The OWNERS

BRGR BAR comes from local husband and wife team Jason & Carolyn Dagostino. with a continued focus on quality and local sourcing, Jason & Carolyn have enjoyed creating a fun and approachable concept that incorporates their love for locally sourced ingredients, community, & unique food and libation creations.

we've kept the menu items simple and use only grass fed, hormone and antibiotic free locally sourced beef from Maine Family Farms of portland, me and bison from Hackmatack Farm of berwick, me.
